Women's only, slower-paced classes with options for intensity. All levels are welcome, especially beginners who are ready to crush their fitness goals and take on the day with energy to spare.
We cover a range of movements to build strength, optimize mobility, and improve core/pelvic floor control.
In-Person classes are held at
4 Park Ave, Burford ON (at the Legion)
C-Section Recovery Class available through Janette Yee Perinatal Therapy
