  • I customize your programs and plan to fit into your busy schedule. I also keep you accountable, offer motivation and help you make the most of your limited time.

  • Yes, if anything, strength training may help relieve this pain! As long as your health care provider has cleared you for exercise, personal training will be appropriate and we can adjust along the way. You can connect with me to adjust your program for your body’s needs.

  • I provide strategies and meal planning support to help you manage your health.

  • I will tailor your workout plan to meet your goals and give my professional opinion on how to get there.

    Please be advised: If your only goal is weightloss, I am not the coach for you.

  • I highly recommend some basics but anything you have, I can adapt your program to. You may want to invest in dumbbells, resistance bands, an exercise ball, and a yoga mat to start.

  • Generally speaking, you need 6-8 weeks for your strength to improve with consistent effort and 10-12 weeks to visually see a difference. All personal training programs are a minimum of 3 months.
