Hey! I’m Krysti.

Serving in fitness and recreation for over 18 years, I offer 1:1 and group fitness to help women like you love their bodies, gain confidence, and attain their best health. I have served hundreds of people through virtual and in-person training, postpartum recovery, strength training for menopause, and group fitness.

I specialize in women’s health after becoming a mother, myself. After 4 pregnancies and 3 Cesarean births, I became a Pelvic Fitness Specialist and a C-Section Recovery Specialist.

I am experienced in serving women through:

  • Cesarean, Hysterectomy, and other Surgical Rehabilitation

  • Menopause and Midlife Strength Training

  • Core and Pelvic Floor Fitness

    Services available in Burford, Brantford, Paris, West Brant, Ayr and surrounding towns. Coaching is available virtually.
