Whatever your goal is, we'll work together to figure out a realistic and doable plan and then get busy making it happen.

  • Custom plan taking into account where you are now, what your life is like, and what you need to accomplish to get there.

  • Individualized goal-setting to help you kick off our planning (and support along the way)

  • Your choice of Phone, Zoom or in person coaching sessions with me to review your progress and work on whatever you need.

  • Text and Email support from me in between meetings.

  • Recordings and progress notes of all our meetings in case you want to review them.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • I customize your programs and plan to fit into your busy schedule. I also keep you accountable, offer motivation and help you make the most of your limited time.

  • Yes, if anything, strength training may help relieve this pain! As long as your health care provider has cleared you for exercise, personal training will be appropriate and we can adjust along the way. You can connect with me to adjust your program for your body’s needs.

  • I can provide nutritional advice and meal planning support to help you maintain a balanced diet and manage your health.

  • I will tailor your workout plan to meet your goals and give my professional opinion on how to get there.

  • I highly recommend some basics but anything you have, I can adapt your program to. You may want to invest in dumbells, resistance bands, an exercise ball and a yoga mat to start.

  • No. Generally speaking, you need 6-8 weeks for your strength to improve with consistent effort and 10-12 weeks to visually see a difference. All personal training commitments are a minimum of 3 months.
