Start your day with energy! A slower paced strength training class that includes core and pelvic floor work. Options for low and high intensity- you choose your challenge! Participants age average 45-65
When: Mon, Wed and Fri 7:00-7:45am
Where: Ag Hall, 4 Park Ave, Burford.
All classes are for women only.

Focused evening classes to build strength and improve core and pelvic health. Slower paced and perfect for women over 50. Participants age average 50-75.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 12:30pm-1:30pm
