Strength Circuit is a strength and mobility class designed for women who want to feel better in their bodies and stay strong for real life. This is a supportive, steady-paced class with joint-friendly strength training, balance and stability work, and plenty of options to match your energy, experience, and needs. Expect a welcoming room, and workouts that help you move with more ease & confidence.

Outdoor Circuit is a functional fitness class designed for women who want a workout that feels nothing like a gym. Built around real movement in the fresh air, this class combines strength, cardio, and bodyweight training to build fitness that works for everyday life -- and then some.
Expect a welcoming group, a little sweat, and workouts that challenge you in the best way.

Not a problem. My classes are slower paced and I give options for intensity. Even if you're VERY beginner. I can help you feel confident.

This is an inclusive space. Women 30s to 70s and beyond, different shapes, sizes, and all with the same purpose: To take care of their bodies. Many of our ladies are retired and using this time to focus on their health.

If I have room in another class, I’m happy to accomodate you. You always have access to The Vault. This includes home workouts, 5-30 minutes long that you can do with little to no equipment.

Yes! As a certified and insured provider, I have a fitness waiver and a PAR-Q form. You can look at both ahead of class. Scroll down to the bottom of this page- in the footer, you’ll see FORMS.
