    Personal Trainer and a passionate advocate for women's wellness and open conversation around the menopause journey.

    I created Menopause & Mocktails to bring women together in a supportive, uplifting space where we can share, learn, and feel seen, without stigma or silence.

    Registered Psychotherapist, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Sexologist based in Simcoe, Ontario. Founder and owner of Embodied Sexual Wellness and Psychotherapy.

    Taylor focuses on helping individuals transform and redefine their relationships with sex and sexuality.

    Rinku is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical and operational experience. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from McMaster University in 2002 and she attended the University Of Toronto successfully obtaining her Masters Degree In Health Administration.

    Rinku continues to show her passion for the nursing profession as she can often be found in the classroom working alongside students in the nursing program at Conestoga College and McMaster University.

  • Menopause & Mocktails will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at the Burford Agricultural Hall, located at 4 Park Ave, Burford.
    Doors open at 6:00 PM and the event starts at 7:00 PM sharp.

  • Your ticket includes access to our women’s health event, a screening of "The M Factor", followed by a keynote speaker, panel discussion, and local vendors. You'll also enjoy mocktails and desserts in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where no topic is off the table.

  • Yes! We're currently welcoming sponsors, vendors, and donation partners who want to support women's health and connect with our vibrant community. If you're interested in getting involved, please contact us.

  • Absolutely. We’re hosting a silent auction during the evening to raise funds for Home & Heart – Cancer Bag Community, a local organization providing comfort and care to those facing cancer.

  • All ticket and pre-order sales are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us support our vendors, speakers, and charity efforts.
